They promptly arranged transportation. my room was very clean and well-kept throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet included varied choices, such as both local and western dishes. i greatly appreciated the included storage for luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore without bags.
I experienced difficulty regulating the shower's water temperature. It fluctuated between hot and cold.

Mixed experience. Laundry issues need attention

the hotel's laundry service damaged my clothing. My favorite white shirt got mixed with colored items. My new pants also shrunk considerably. they discarded my high-quality laundry bag without permission.. the refund barely covers the cost of the ruined items. unlike other local hotels, breakfast was not included.

The room was quiet and clean. The king-size bed was comfortable and it helped me rest well after a long day. The staff was helpful and were quick to respond when I needed something. Breakfast had plenty of choices.
The hotel charges extra fees for services I did not expect. I had to pay a fee for early check-in and this was a surprise. It would be better to include this in the initial price.

the staff cares about service! martin and fiona were attentive. they gave me excellent recommendations for food and places to exchange money. the room was clean, large, comfortable, and quiet. all the sights i wanted to see were less than 30 minutes away on foot. i would stay here again 100%.
during my stay, the walls seemed thin. i could hear hallway conversations and footsteps. this sometimes disrupted my sleep, especially in the mornings. soundproofing improvements would make a big difference.
